The Problem
As products evolved rapidly, the existing Data Cloud pricing calculator quickly became outdated. This created challenges for sellers, who relied on accurate, up-to-date information to guide customer conversations. Our design team partnered closely with a consulting group to evolve the calculator, ensuring sellers are equipped with accurate and relevant tools.
Stakeholder Alignment + Lo-Fi Wireframes
Through rapid iteration of low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity design “samplers,” we validated core logic and refined usability in close collaboration with stakeholders and partners.
Hi-Fi Designs
Designed high fidelity designs using our design system to bring the low fidelity wireframes to life. Stayed in close alignment with stakeholders to validate all user flows and content.
Guided Enablement
A collapsible enablement panel that delivers in-context guidance and a glossary of terms as users move through the calculation.

An intuitive pricing summary that surfaces both high level and detailed metrics through flexible filtering.
Usability Testing
Using Figma prototypes, we conducted 1:1 usability tests with Account Executives, guiding participants through four core tasks. After synthesizing the findings, we identified key themes and prioritized them for the MVP by evaluating their value and level of effort, this ensured that we could focus on the highest-impact improvements. Design refinements were made before handing off for development.
