What We Heard
Solutions Workspace is a widely used internal resource hub for Solutions teams. We surveyed 32 Solution Engineers and heard from both our users and stakeholders (who regularly upload content) that content was difficult to discover and sift through. We needed a way to add personalization and efficient navigation to this growing resource repository.
Solution
We evolved the landing page to a personalized Discover page, featuring recommended and trending content tailored to the user's industry and product alignment, powered by an agent. This transforms the tool from a static storage system into a dynamic, personalized discovery experience.
Cleaned Up Navigation
Refreshed taxonomy and the navigation user experience to enhance resource discoverability.
Official Resources and Community
Created more distinction between official templates and user-generated content to enhance discoverability.
User Testing & Refinement
We conducted 1:1 interviews with a mix of Solution Engineers and Official Resource content creators, and found that we needed to add more instructional UI (such as tooltips) to help with enabling users on agentic functions.
